PRIME SEASON
If you book between Oct 1st and May 1st:
1. 50% of the total rental (rental fee + 4% bed tax) is due 2 weeks from when the reservation is made.
2. The remaining 50% is due within 1 month of the booking date.
If you book after May 1:
The total rental (rental fee + 4% bed tax) is due when the reservation is made.
OFF SEASON
1. If more than 30 days from date of reservation, then guest is required to send 50% of rental fee within 1 week of the date reservation is made.
2. If less than 30 days from the date of reservation, then guest is required to pay the rental fee in full within 1 week of the date reservation is made.
PLEASE NOTE: If reservation is made in late spring, payments will be modified appropriately.
SUNSET VIEW Property Management LLC CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If a cancellation is received 45 days or more before reserved date of occupancy, the full amount of payment will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
2. If a cancellation notice is received less than 45 days before reserved arrival time, there will be no refund. If Sunset View Property Management LLC is re-rented, then, payment will be refunded to canceling individual, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
RETURNED CHECKS
There will be a $50.00 processing fee above any bank/court cost for any "insufficient funds" checks.
